    Given f(x)=ax2+bx+c

    ∴f(0)=a.02+b.0+c=6

    or 0.a+0.b+1.c=6              (i)

    and f(2)=a(2)2+b(2)+c=11

    ⇒4.a+2.b+1.c=11         (ii)

    and f(−3)=a(−3)2+b(−3)+c=6 

    ⇒9.a−3.b+c=6              (iii)

    Since (i), (ii) and (iii) are three equations in a, b, c solving these by Cramer's rule
